The Secret Garden
Our school day in the Pre-Prep offers flexibility during term time to suit busy families and also to cater for the differing interests and energy levels of the children.
The core part of the school day provides an excellent balance of learning through work and play both in the classroom, around the wonderful setting of the Secret Garden and within the superb facilities and grounds of the Prep School.

| 7.45am | Before-School Care - including breakfast in the dining room (optional at extra cost, should be pre-booked) |
| 8.15am | Morning Story - early drop-off session in the Pre-Prep Hall (no need to pre-book, no extra cost) |
| 8.40am | Pre-Prep day begins with assembly for time to reflect on the theme of the week and key message for the day. |
| 9.00am | Lesson 1 - (usually Literacy and Reading) |
| 10.00am | Morning Snack - fruit and drink |
| 10.35am | Morning break - a chance to play in the Secret Garden. |
| 11.00am | Lesson 2 (usually Maths) |
| 12.00pm | Lunch - hot and cold options for lunch seated with staff in the Prep School dining room. Time to play outdoors in the Secret Garden. |
| 1.10pm | Topic-related sessions including some Prep School specialist-taught lessons in Music, Mandarin, Spanish, Games and PE (including swimming) |
| 3.05pm | Story |
| 3.20pm | Home time |
| 3.30-4.15pm | After School Activities (optional, some at extra cost) |
| 3.30-6.00pm | After-School Care with tea at 4.30 (at extra cost, optional pick up times available) |
